Beacon House

Architecture: Giles Tribe Architects
Landscape: Studio IZ
Developer: Rudder Group

Beacon House is a collection of 36 three and four-bedroom apartments by Giles Tribe Architects for Rudder Group, set at the top of a hill in leafy Lindfield on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Spread across six levels, the predominantly north-facing residences pair generous balconies with European-inspired interiors, where warm herringbone oak floors, brass accents and curved joinery sit beneath high ceilings.

MOGAMMA produced the marketing suite for the campaign: exterior and interior stills, a series of vignettes and short animations, with the interiors shown across the three colour schemes offered to purchasers. The brief called for imagery that was light-filled and quietly luxurious, true to the development’s name, with the palette of granite, timber and fluted glass carried through every space.

Working closely with the architects and the developer’s marketing team, the images present Beacon House as it will be lived in: calm, bright and refined, with the suburb’s established gardens never far from the glass.
