Film
From atmospheric animations to dramatic walkthroughs, moving images lets you show the look and feel of a design in a truly emotive and immersive way. We can manage all elements of film production, organize styling and talent, and incorporate drone and helicopter footage to create compelling films that seamlessly combine both real live footage and CG animation.
Styling
Our in-house stylist ensures every image looks contemporary, fresh and desirable from every angle. Whether we’re independently dressing an interior or working collaboratively with a projects’ creative team, we pride ourselves on adding a sophisticated level of expertise to the creative vision of an image. We understand the subtleties of materials, placement and selection of objects and the importance of letting the interior design breathe life into a space.
We offer detailed design proposals complete with materials and items that speak directly to the target demographics and show an intimate understanding of your project – seamlessly integrating a bespoke and inspiring style with the architectural intent.
Architectural Photography
Exceptional photo-montages begin with exceptional photography. We have a close working relationship with highly skilled architectural photographers who can deliver the imagery we need as well as shoot time-lapses, panoramas and lifestyle shots for marketing materials.
Virtual Reality
Nothing shows the exact feeling (and functionality) of an unbuilt space like immersive media. We employ cutting edge virtual and augmented reality technology to create complete immersive experiences that allow your clients to engage and interact with the layout, scale, lighting and detail of your design.
Our Process
MOGAMMA understands that having a consistent, clear and smooth process in place sets a project up for success. We pride ourselves on being easy to collaborate with, providing valuable insights and responsive communication so that all stakeholders involved are in sync, on board with the proposed design and ultimately, thrilled with the results.
What we need to get started
The most important stage of the process is the beginning – making sure we have everything we require to create the most efficient process and accurate timeframe. This means a lot of information from floor plans, to finishings and materials, to lighting and landscaping. The more detailed information we have, the more closely we are able to create the true vision of the project.
So before we get started it’s essential we have the following files and information.
— Final 3d model
— Architectural plans and survey
— Landscaping schedule
— Materials schedule and references
— Fittings & fixtures schedule
— Furniture and styling guide
— Any existing site photos
— Any precedent images
— Any additional relevant information
Note we are able to work with less information at times, however this will extend the timeframe and incur higher fees. For any assistance with what files are needed, we’re available to talk this through anytime.
Timeframes for delivery
Typically a single image can take approximately 2 weeks inclusive of two rounds of feedback. A larger scale projects with 6-12+ images can range from 1-3 months.
As stated above, information availability is the most crucial factor of the production process and can greatly affect timeframes. If we are engaged too soon, when the design is still under development, this can cause delays and unexpected fees.
Our process
Typically each project involves three stages:
1. Information gathering and discussion
We asses everything provided to establish the visual direction, goals and ideas for the images. We kick off the project with all stakeholders involved to ensure clear communication up front and better understand the project vision.
2. Angles, lighting and styling
We will provide a return brief that details multiple camera options for every image along with our recommendations. Establishing the lighting and mood is also important at this stage, and when requested we can provide a bespoke styling schedule to match the desired target demographic.
3. Drafts and delivery
Once the camera angles are chosen and the design is locked, we will present a first draft. For every image you will have two opportunities for feedback before the final delivery.
The first round of feedback is the most detailed, with mark ups and comments available on every aspect of the image. After this, the final draft image will be presented and you’ll have a second opportunity to make minor changes and final finishing comments to fine tune your image, prior to receiving the final high resolution and web ready files.
